With our Accurpress Accell brake press, customers can rest assured that their products will be manufactured correctly and accurately time and time again. With a CNC back guage, auto crowning and Wila quick change tooling we can hold +/- .0004 repeat accuracies and +/-.0004 parallelism accuracies.
Customer requirements are followed exactly and the result is a product of the highest quality. We have the latest industry standard CAD package with capabilities for "Electronic CAD File Transfer" to aid customers with design, or the ability to work directly from drawings. Rigid standards for metal fabrication will be met in a consistent and cost-effective manner using modern technology, operational skills, and meticulous pre-planning.
Our Mazak 2500 watt laser provides unsurpassed cutting performance for your most intricate parts. From carbon to stainless and aluminum we are able to handle all your low to high volume laser needs. Our (2) two Vulcan Plasma Cutting Systems are an alternative to laser cutting systems when tolerances are less critical . Excellent cut quality with a greater range of thickness and sheet sizes (typically used on materials up to 1 1/4" thick and sheet sizes to 72" x 144") with precise cuts that require very little edge preparation.
We have an extremely diverse background when it comes to material handling equipment. AWI has been instrumental in designing and building such material handling equipment as liquid/solid separators for wastewater treatment plants. We have also been involved in packaging and sorting equipment for use in the household products industry as well as the food products industry.
