AWI Metal Fabrication is known for producing high quality stainless steel platforms, conveyors, and custom prototype designs. At AWI we serve a diverse customer base, in not only the Food Processing and Pharmaceutical industries, but also in Architectural and General Manufacturing fields.
In the summer of 2014 a new pharmaceutical facility awarded a large project, exceeding a million dollars, to AWI to create and install custom Stainless Steel Platforms in Georgia.   The pharmaceutical customer approved the design drawings produced and submitted by AWI, in conjunction with the GC.  AWI’s manufacturing facility in Wisconsin fabricated and preassembled these extensive stainless steel platforms. This preassembly assured quick and precise reassembly of the completed stainless steel platforms at the site in Georgia in minimal time without rework. Temporarily stationed in Georgia AWI’s installation team structurally welded, and polished the platforms to a pharmaceutical grade #4 finish.

The AWI team exceeded the customer’s expectations in both the quality of the product and the expertise in installation and finishing. Consequently, during the installation, the customer awarded AWI several additional projects at the site in Georgia. AWI is in the process of completing all the detailing and finishing of the Georgia projects.  Alloy Welding Incorporated again secured another satisfied customer.
