Alloy Welding Inc. was established by
William Bean in 1973 in a small shop located at 11th street
and S. Memorial Drive in Racine, WI. The original
company had 6 employees.
1986
Bob Lucksted and Dennis Weeks bought the
business from William Bean and continued to
.operate it at its current location
1991
The buyout was complete and Bob and Dennis
continued to grow the business eventually
occupying the entire building. The company began
to diversify into other markets and food handling
conveyors became a mainstay of the work.
2002
Dennis Weeks bought out Bob
Lucksted and became the sole
.owner of Alloy Welding Inc
2006
Brought one of the biggest changes in the
company when the decision was made to build a
state of the art fabrication facility in Franksville, WI.
With the new facility came efficiencies that allowed
AWI to expand further.
2007
Dennis Weeks brought on his current partner
James Sytsma and entered into the
pharmaceutical industry. This addition created
the need to add additional services such as
polishing to meet the pharmaceutical
.requirements the new customers required
Today Alloy Welding Inc. continues to grow employing 60 employees and now provides product and services to customers from across the United States and internationally.
